The ₹25 Lead Machine

Delivered a consistent lead volume at CPLs of ₹17–₹25,

directly translating to a significant sales increase for their clients

The Backstory

My client was a brilliant Shopify Store Developer.

He could code custom themes and build high-conversion stores in his sleep.

But he had one major problem: He was invisible. He had the skill, but he didn't have the pipeline.

He was relying on hope and random referrals. He didn't just need traffic;

he needed qualified business owners ready to pay.

The Setup

Before spending a single rupee, we did the homework. We analyzed his competitors and

realized most were just blasting cold ads to everyone. That’s expensive and inefficient.

We decided to build a Sales Funnel, not just an ad campaign. We integrated the Google Tag and Meta Pixel on his site immediately.

This was the foundation. We weren't going to "rent" traffic; we were going to capture it.

The Strategy: The "Intent Trap"

We created a split-strategy that leveraged

the best strengths of both platforms.

Phase 1

Google Ads

(The Hunter)

I allocated ₹300/day to Google Search Ads.

We targeted high-intent keywords—people

actively searching for

"Shopify developer" or "Ecommerce store setup." This brought highly qualified traffic to the site.

Phase 2

Facebook Retargeting

(The Closer)

I allocated the remaining ₹300/day to Meta Ads.

But I didn't target strangers.

I only targeted the people who had clicked

the Google Ad but

hadn't contacted

us yet.

Phase 3

The Friction Drop

them back to

a contact form,

I sent them

directly to

WhatsApp.

The Result

By combining High Intent (Google) with Low Cost Retargeting (Facebook), we crashed the Cost Per Lead (CPL).
